This years' theme is "Powerhouse Advocacy" as a reminder to every advocate for this cause to normalize breastfeeding that sometimes you have to make time in your own life to care, love, and heal yourself so that you can become whole and even more of a force in this work. You cannot pour from an empty cup, so this is a memo to take care of self so you can serve those who you're most passionate about.
